Meet our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Dr. Colleen Drahos PT, DPT (NJ License #40QA01680800) incorporates the entire body into her treatment model since there are so many connections that impact our pelvic floor.

Her practice focuses on helping you understand your symptoms and resolve them through movement training and manual therapy. She strongly believes that taking charge of your pelvic health should be easier to talk about and easier to do. When our pelvic muscles aren’t working properly, they can impact so many areas of our life - sexual function, sexual pleasure, our ability to exercise, our ability to take care of ourselves and our families…the list goes on.

Dr. Colleen believes that people of all genders should have access to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and she is here to guide you through the complexities of pelvic health issues.

When Dr. Colleen isn’t working, she spends her time as a competitive ultrarunner, specializing in 24 hour events. You will likely find her on the local trails or tracks getting in some quality mileage. If you see her out there wearing her Drahos Physical Therapy shirt, stop to say HI! She also loves playing frisbee with her three-legged dog and gardening the jungle in her backyard.

Meet our Patient Care Coordinator

Anjelysse (but you can call her Anj) is the Patient Care Coordinator at Drahos Physical Therapy. Anj is the first person you’ll see when you come to the office, and she will always greet you with a warm welcome and a smile.

Anj is here to help guide you through things like scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and answering any logistical questions. She wants every single client here to feel valued, supported, and comfortable throughout their healthcare journey.

In Anj’s free time, she loves to enjoy nature in local parks, read a good thriller book, and sip on a chai latte.

It’s time to make yourself - and your pelvic health - a priority.
