We are searching for a phenomenal Patient Care Coordinator for part-time/full-time, in-person work at our office in Randolph, NJ

Drahos Physical Therapy is a woman-owned, single clinician, privately owned pelvic floor physical therapy practice.

We have an excellent reputation in the community for helping adults find freedom from their pelvic floor problems by treating bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction.

Drahos PT is an inclusive space where people of all genders can access expert pelvic rehabilitation, including, but not limited to, transgender clients.

Someone who provides top-tier customer service and can manage our front desk to help the practice expand into its new office space.

Who is our ideal candidate?

  • You must be highly organized and have the ability to task-switch throughout the day.

  • You must be comfortable taking phone calls and discussing personal topics including bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction with all genders.

  • You must provide excellent client support, assist clients through their plan of care with scheduling and other inquiries, and be a consistent presence at the office.

  • You must be able to discuss personal topics revolving around pelvic floor physical therapy with tact and care to make all clients feel comfortable.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the daily flow at Drahos PT
